Women’s-specific thru-hike packs are still a short list. You should be able to walk into a shop, size a harness, and leave with something that fits — plus the unisex frames women still finish in when the fit is right.
Osprey Eja 58 is first: a women’s harness, an AirScape backpanel, and a size run REI actually stocks. Mariposa 60 is Highest Rated as a unisex frame with a hipbelt you can swap. ULA Circuit is Best Value: a custom cottage harness that has been on the PCT for a decade. If you need the Eja, the Women’s kit is built around it.
A thru-hike pack has to carry five to seven days of food without hurting your hips. We do not publish a catalog of frames. We publish three.

Women’s harness, hipbelt, and frame geometry on a ~58 L top-loader with a suspended mesh / AirSpeed-style backpanel. Removable lid, adjustable torso. Card weight about 42.4 oz; list about $285. OutdoorGearLab’s women’s backpack test names it Best Overall.
Shop-tryable women’s pack for hikers who want a real frame, ventilation, and co-op availability rather than a cottage Dyneema roll-top. Suited to multi-day and thru loads in the ~30–35 lb class; heavier and more featured than true UL cottage packs.
